Accounts Payable and Expenses AdministratorLocation: South of England (hybrid) Salary: 26,000 - 29,000 Clearance: SC (or eligibility required)The OpportunityAn opportunity to join a well-established organisation within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.As an Accounts Payable and Expenses Administrator, you will be part of a busy finance team, supporting the smooth running of accounts payable, receivable and expenses processes. You will play a key role in ensuring suppliers, partners and employees are paid accurately and on time, supporting the delivery of critical programmes across the business.This is a detail-focused role where accuracy, communication and organisation are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess multi-currency purchase invoices (with and without purchase orders)Manage intercompany invoices, direct debits and settlementsLiaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queriesInvestigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial recordsSupport payment runs and supplier account reconciliationsManage shared finance inbox and day-to-day queriesReview and approve employee expenses in line with policy and HMRC guidelinesProvide guidance on VAT, travel and expenses processesRequirementsEssential:Experience using SAP or a similar finance systemExperience working with suppliers or customers in a finance environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilityDesirable:Background in ..... full job details .....
