Mechanical Technician Our client, a successful manufacturing business close to Norwich, are currently seeking a Mechanical Technician to join their team, working alongside the Workshop Manager. This is a full time permanent position, based in Norwich. Hours: Basic hours 8:00am 17.00pm Mon Due to seasonal variations within the business these hours are regularly extended in the Winter, or may be reduced in the Summer. Read detailed CAD models and drawings for bespoke components and assemblies. Recommend innovative solutions for complex mechanical challenges. Ensure designs meet functional, safety, and compliance requirements. Provide technical input during prototype builds and production runs. Resolve design and process issues quickly to maintain project timelines. Communicate technical concepts clearly to internal teams.
