Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a central role in helping the organisation operate effectively and ensuring governance processes run smoothly.Key Responsibilities Supporting the CEO with diary management, meeting coordination and correspondence. Organising and servicing Board and Committee meetings. Preparing and circulating papers and ensuring actions are tracked to completion. Taking accurate minutes at senior-level meetings.
