This role sits within our Partner Success function and is focused on supporting customers who utilise Stripe OLT''s Security Operations Centre (SOC). You will act as a trusted advisor, combining cyber security expertise with strong customer engagement to ensure services deliver real business value. The Role You will manage a portfolio of SOC customers, providing strategic cyber security guidance, supporting service quality, and working closely with internal SOC teams. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and suited to someone comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
