Kenton Black are recruiting for a Site Manager on a permanent basis, in Perthshire. The client is an established house builder with a reputation for delivering 5-star homes and exceptional customer service. At this time, there is is an exciting opportunity to lead house-building projects within the region.As Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring each build is completed on time and within budget. Additional requirements include managing subcontractors and site staff to maintain high standards of work, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and maintaining progress reports, resolving any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.As a minimum, you must have a valid CSCS card (ideally black), SMSTS, First Aid and at least 5 years house building management experience.As reward, you will receive a salary of 50,000- 60,000 per annum + car benefit + discretionary bonus.
