A great opportunity for a Chinese Chef to join this team in Central London in a lovely setting, this will be creating both limited menu options but also to create dishes requested by customers on ad hoc basis so a comprehensive knowledge of Chinese Cuisine is essential for this role

Working in a team of around 6/7 chefs and producing around 20-40 dishes per shift so quite a relaxed working environment. You will have 3/4 dishes on the menu and then you will need to be flexible to cook other dishes that are specially requested.

The Chinese Chef de Partie will work 5/7 days and this is only evening and night shifts. Core hours will be around 4pm to 12am with flexibility needed as some shifts may extend, overtime is paid after your 40 hours. After 10 hours of overtime this is paid at 1.5x and 1x up to 10 hours overtime.

We are looking for a Chef who has working in Chinese restaurants or clubs offering Chinese menus as you will have to produce authentic dishes.
