Requirements: Experience working in a school or with young people (desirable).Confident classroom presence and excellent communication skills.Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively.Flexible, reliable, and quick to adapt to different settings.Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
