We are currently recruiting for an experienced German speaking Legal PA to join a leading international law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, expanding, and high performing law firm. The successful PA will be providing proactive administrative, organisational and practice support to Partners, Associates and wider practice groups. The Role Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across different time zones, including with international offices. Arranging domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Preparing, formatting, proofreading and amending legal documents, correspondence, presentations and reports. Conflict checks, engagement letters and client onboarding. Assisting with time recording. Supporting business development activity, including pitches, client presentations, events and directory submissions. Managing competing priorities effectively and escalating capacity issues or conflicting deadlines appropriately. Using a range of document management, time recording, finance, expenses and workflow systems. About You We''re looking for a professional, proactive and highly organised Legal PA who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Previous legal PA experience within a law firm is essential. Bilingual in German is essential.
