This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about providing nurturing, consistent and highly individualised support to pupils who require a significant level of care and assistance throughout the school day. The pupils may have severe learning difficulties, complex communication needs, physical disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern. The successful candidate will need to be confident working with pupils who require a high level of adult support and understand the importance of patience, routine and consistency.
