SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time, Long-Term - Bromley - Immediate Start

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant mainstream secondary school in Bromley. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately, ideal for someone passionate about supporting students with special educational needs in a secondary setting.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you''ll be providing one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEND, helping them engage with the curriculum and build confidence in their learning. You''ll work closely with teaching staff to deliver personalised support, manage behaviour positively, and ensure all students feel included and valued.

To be considered, you must have:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)

• A strong understanding or experience of supporting students with SEND

• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive, empathetic and patient approach to learning support
