Previous Engineering Management/Supervisory ExperienceThe RoleYou will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in either electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally qualified to HNC/Degree level and have experience in a management capacity within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, project based work within a high speed automated environment. On a day to day basis, you will be managing a team of 19, including team leaders, electrical and mechanical engineers, reporting into the Plant Director. The ideal candidate will also have experience of PLC controlled equipment and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required. You will also have a strong multi-skilled background with the ability conduct appraisals and manage the PPM systems on variety of production equipment.
