This position plays a vital part in the delivery of complex repair services, including works related to damp and mould, plastering, and general multi-trade maintenance.About the RoleThis is a customer-facing, field-based role requiring a strong commitment to quality repairs and responsive service. The postholder will be expected to work independently across occupied and void properties, conducting a variety of tasks to ensure homes are safe, warm and in good order. Works will include damp treatment, mould washes, plastering, basic plumbing, tiling, and flooring installations. Applicants must reside within a reasonable distance of Kensington or Chelsea or Hackney/Islington respectively, to ensure timely access to appointments. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided for business use.
