We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major civil engineering project, overseeing a groundworks and borehole package. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a long-term infrastructure scheme.

• Managing the delivery of groundworks, excavation, drainage, earthworks and borehole investigation works.
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, permits and construction documentation.
• Monitoring programme, progress, costs and resource requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and project procedures.
• Liaising with engineers, commercial teams, client representatives and stakeholders.
• Managing temporary works, quality assurance processes and handovers.

• Previous experience working as a Sub Agent, Senior Engineer or Section Engineer on major civil engineering projects.
• Strong background in groundworks, excavation, drainage, utilities, earthworks or geotechnical/borehole packages.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
• CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS preferred.
• Temporary Works experience would be advantageous
