The Role As an IT Support Technician you will be working as part of a small team where you can expect to be involved in a wide range of tasks in a rapidly evolving environment. Responding to and resolving IT support issues both remotely and in person. Provisioning and deployment of hardware and software. Administration of user accounts both on-premises and in the cloud. Maintaining backup infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud. Maintaining physical network infrastructure. Assisting in the documentation of IT processes. Assisting in the deployment of new software systems and servers. What do I need to bring with me? Essential: Enthusiasm for IT and technology. An understanding of Windows operating systems.
