Hybrid Seller Compliance and Analyst Assistant London - Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)Holiday: 22 days annual leaveContract: Permanent, full-timeWe''re working with a successful and rapidly growing retail business to recruit a Seller Compliance and Analyst Assistant to join its expanding Marketplace team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in KYC (Know Your Customer), seller verification or compliance checks who is looking to develop their career within e-commerce and online marketplace operations.Reporting directly to the Seller Compliance Analyst Lead, you''ll support the onboarding and verification of new sellers, monitor ongoing compliance, maintain accurate records and assist with reporting to ensure marketplace operations run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct KYC checks and due diligence on new marketplace sellers, verifying business information and supporting documentation.Review seller documentation to ensure information is complete, accurate and meets internal compliance requirements.Support seller onboarding, account setup and ongoing verification processes.Monitor seller accounts and flag discrepancies, potential compliance risks or operational concerns.Maintain accurate seller records, compliance trackers and supporting documentation.Produce regular reports on seller performance, orders and compliance metrics.Monitor late orders, cancellations, customer service issues and delivery performance.Investigate and escalate compliance ..... full job details .....
