Director of Public Health and CommunitiesAn exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced senior leader to shape public health, prevention and community wellbeing across a complex local authority environment.As a Statutory Director of Public Health, you will provide strategic leadership across public health while also overseeing a broader portfolio focused on prevention, leisure and community wellbeing. Working as part of the senior corporate leadership team, you will influence organisational strategy and drive a place-based approach to tackling health inequalities and improving outcomes for communities.You will work across organisational boundaries and with elected members, health partners, community organisations and regional and national stakeholders.
