Sales ExecutiveTo work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to identify, solicit and convert new opportunities in all market segments in accordance with the hotels yield management objectives.To manage an agreed list of accounts on behalf of the hotel, and be responsible for the development of the revenue levels from these accounts. To recognise and capitalise on all opportunities from these existing businesses; to maintain them to their optimum level.To constantly recognise and develop new accounts from the local corporate markets.To participate fully in all sales activities including sales calls, corporate entertaining, social events, promotions, pop ups, office drops and comp set board spotting.To ensure the accurate processing, distribution, and recording/filing and follow up of all sales correspondence, including the execution of contracts, quotations, confirmations, cancellations etc.To carry out regular site inspections with a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism, and to ensure that all possible business derived from these is captured.To be fully aware of the main market developments and other factors that would influence business or create favorable market conditions.To co-ordinate and complete regional sales trips involving travel to certain regions within Ireland, UK and possibly Europe.To protect and promote the image of Dalata Hotel Group brands at all times, both in print and verbally.To report directly and timely to the Sales and Marketing Manager as directed, and to complete weekly reports and monthly reports.To represent the Company in a professional and helpful way.To create and maintain an effective working relationship with colleagues and managers.To report for duty clean and tidy, wearing the correct uniform to Company standard ensuring your name badge is worn at all times whilst on duty.To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene.Ensure full knowledge with all hotel facilities, including opening and closing times and promote these facilities at every opportunity.To complete salesforce activities daily, including inputting leads, opportunities and contact.To keep on top of any ongoing projects you may be assignedBenefit from Dalata Academy programmes, courses and learning tools that equip you with essential skills and knowledge while also providing exposure to senior team members who can mentor you along the way.We are committed to promoting from within, so your dedication can lead to exciting internal opportunities.
