As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in securing projects by leveraging your thorough understanding of tender information and the construction process. You will coordinate with various internal teams throughout the preconstruction stages and support the construction and delivery teams. From preparing detailed tenders and establishing bid strategies to managing budgets and negotiating with subcontractors, you will ensure our proposals are precise, profitable, and aligned with our clients'' expectations.

Hours of Work:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pre-Construction Manager Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years'' experience as an Estimator / Senior Estimator; high-end residential experience is beneficial.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of market trends.Experience with Procore software would be advantageous but not essential.A proactive and organised approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
