STEM Recruitment Solutions have a superb opportunity for a Graduate Process Engineer for their manufacturing client based in West Lothian.The job involves working in the Engineering team supporting new product introduction (NPI) and process and equipment operational efficiency. You will deal with a variety of accounts, assessing NPI and working on work instructions, bill of materials (BOM) and equipment utilisation. You will put each NPI through a rigorous process, and monitor manufacturing issues, capturing data and generating documentation.You will also work on process optimisation initiatives, calibrations and machine set-ups as well as many other projects and cross department initiatives.This role would suit someone with a strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn, coupled with an engineering background.STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
