The Role As our PandC Advisor, you will be the go-to contact for line managers, providing confident guidance, coaching, and mentoring on HR processes. Leading disciplinary investigations, grievances, short-term/long-term sickness cases, and probationary reviews. Drafting well-reasoned, effective outcome letters and communicating clearly with colleagues via phone and email. Assisting with general HR admin, contract generation, and processing maternity/paternity paperwork to support the team during leave or peak periods. Contributing to the maintenance and update of company HR policies. Experience Strong ER knowledge, handling disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management cases from start to finish.
