Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding CoordinationAdvertise vacancies across relevant platformsCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersAct as a key point of contact for applicants throughout the processPrepare and issue offer lettersManage pre-employment checks (e.g. references, DBS)Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure timely completionTraining and Development SupportOrganise training sessions for new startersCoordinate logistics including travel and accommodation for trainees and trainersMaintain and update training schedules and recordsTrack attendance and ensure training complianceAdministration and ReportingMaintain accurate onboarding and training trackers (Excel-based)Ensure all HR data is up to date and accurately recordedSupport wider HR and Finance teams with ..... full job details .....
