IT Technician Role Introduction: The IT Technician is responsible for managing all the IT networking products and services, monitoring alerts and making system changes as required. They must have good server and networking skills. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be approachable and helpful. Some projects with urgent deadlines may need immediate attention and therefore good organisational skills and attention to detail is vital.
