This BandI site serves lunch for 400-500 people daily, with weekly hospitality events that we aim to expand.Location:

£50,000 - £55,000 per annumWorking pattern:

Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 7am to 3.30pmKey Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 7, including senior sous chef, sous chef, chef de parties, and kitchen portersPrepare and oversee food preparation to high standardsEnsure timely food production for smooth serviceMaintain ingredient availability for menusDevelop and plan menus aligned with client and customer expectationsIncorporate creativity in menu planning, involving clients and customersUphold food quality and hygiene standardsOverall management of the kitchen teamProvide performance feedback and coachingEnsure team members complete up-to-date COSHH and Food Hygiene trainingOur Ideal Candidate:
