Multi Skilled Engineer

Location: Evesham
Salary: -40,000 - -55,000 DOE
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shifts: Rotating across three patterns:

• Monday - Friday: 6am - 3pm

• Monday - Friday: 10am - 7pm

• Tuesday - Saturday: 8am - 5pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer to join a growing food manufacturing business based in Evesham.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives on solving problems, maintaining machinery, and ensuring minimal downtime in a high-performing production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery and equipment

• Respond effectively to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing promptly

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment condition

• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with hygiene and company standards

• Adapt and think on your feet to keep machinery running under time-sensitive conditions

Requirements:

• Experience in a multi-skilled engineering role within food or FMCG manufacturing

• Recognised electrical qualification

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

• BOAS accreditation or relevant steam/boiler experience (desirable)

• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
