You will be joining a highly successful, nationally recognised, Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked Contentious Probate team. The structure of the team means that the role is most likely to be suitable for someone between 4-6 PQE, although they welcome applicants with additional years of PQE. Ideally, you will be ACTAPS qualified (in full or in part) but applicants without such qualification will be considered. The work will include dealing with matters for a broad range of clients including very high-profile individuals. This wide-ranging, nationwide client base will provide you with significant opportunities to work on varied, complex and interesting matters, many of which proceed to mediation or court. Job responsibilities: Being responsible for running a caseload of varied Contentious Probate matters and ensuring deadlines are met. Assisting the Partners in the team on more complex matters. Ensuring clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice and costs updates which takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money".
