This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a key role supporting operational HR and systems improvements.Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until March 2028.HR Advisor ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to: Advising managers and staff on a wide range of employee relations issues, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management to ensure practical, compliant outcomes.Managing and analysing workforce data, creating reports, and supporting process improvements using HR systems.Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote best practice.Leading system enhancements and contributing to continuous improvements in HR data and reporting processes.Providing guidance on employment legislation and ensuring HR activity aligns with legal and organisational standards.Coaching managers on employee relations issues and influencing positive organisational outcomes.Assisting with HR projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
