Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) Location: London Summary We are seeking experienced Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Engineers to join our mobile engineering team, supporting a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across London. This is a mobile role involving planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and minor works across a variety of MandE building services systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management, Building Services or commercial maintenance environments and be comfortable working independently across multiple sites. Key Duties and Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and/or electrical building services systems. Complete reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs across multiple commercial sites. Diagnose faults and restore equipment and services efficiently to minimise downtime. Undertake minor installation works and remedial maintenance tasks.
