Senior Business Development Manager £70K + £7K Car Allowance + Bonus (OTE £100K) We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a fantastic company that is expanding its sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in securing contracts and growing business within a competitive market. In this role, you will take responsibility for securing contracts within the designated geographical region, developing both existing and new customer relationships while ensuring proposals and pricing structures are delivered effectively. The primary focus will be on securing contracted work agreements ranging from £10K to £500K per annum, as well as larger projects over £50K through established frameworks and customer relationships. Beyond securing new business, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities by running a small team of Business Development Managers. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team, ensuring they meet individual sales targets, and providing strategic input into business growth initiatives.
