CK Group are recruiting for a Meeting Services Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.-

Salary:

From -13.85 per to -18.46 per hour dependent upon experience

Please note, this role requires the candidate to speak both English and a Nordic Language fluently.

Meeting Services Associate

• Be the point of contact for sales force meeting owners and managers in all Nordic countries
• Provide administrative support and oversight for all types of sales force meetings
• Monitor and share data on volumes and errors with Sales directors and managers
• Support simplification, automation and improvement projects.
• Be responsible for representing and delivering excellent customer experience.

Your Background:

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages as well as English
• Strong customer focus and the ability to develop professional relationships with all parties (internal and external) and at all levels
• Ability to work within a highly regulated environment
• Well organized, self-starter, able to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision.-
• Any experience in a pharmaceutical environment and with SalesForce would be an advantage
