What You Will Do: • Lead the development of Human Factors requirements to enhance customer experience. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Programme, and Commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. • Provide Human Factors input into the development of future vehicles, using innovative and visual communication methods. • Conduct timely Human Factors assessments and gateway testing to support issue resolution. • Analyse customer feedback related to ergonomics and use insights to develop requirements and resolve issues effectively.
