We have the role for you!We are working with a West End based Luxury Tour Operator, who are on the lookout for an experienced Luxury Travel Executive to join their growing team.Purpose of Job:Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc - for new client booking purposesDiagnose the clients'' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or servicesTo provide ticketing services to internal clients in person, by email or telephoneOrganise travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etcHandle unforeseen problems and complaints and find the best solution to ease any client concernsService client travel requests ensuring best value for client adhering to company policy in a timely manner, offering expert advice in all aspects of business travelTo maximise client service by ensuring minimum errors and the companies preferred policy is followed, in all possible instances, in line with client requestsKnowledge, Experience and Skills Required:Minimum 3 years'' experience in the Travel industryExcellent knowledge of travelling related software (computer reservation systems and GDS systems)Amadeus preferred - good comprehension of air fares (published and ITX fares)Time ..... full job details .....
