You will form part of a team, providing 24 hour support to one our services users, with complex needs, learning disability and physical disability. The Support Worker role is varied and the team is committed to enabling people to live a full life. The nature of people''s needs can extend to fully supporting people with all aspects of daily living; personal care, cooking, medication, cleaning and budgeting, to enabling people to go shopping, access employment and education, attending regular social events, with the people we support encouraged to try new experiences.
