UK Export Finance .UK Export Finance (UKEF) is recruiting two senior leaders to join its Origination and Client Coverage (OCC) division – the internationally-facing arm responsible for identifying and delivering new business opportunities in overseas markets. OCC supports UKEF’s strategic objectives, particularly in clean growth and developing economies, and contributes to the UK Government’s global trade and investment agenda.Reporting to the Global Head of OCC, you will lead regional origination teams and help shape the direction of UKEF’s international network. These roles are critical to expanding and diversifying the business pipeline, especially in the context of evolving geopolitical and economic challenges. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-value relationships with exporters, project developers, financial institutions, and foreign governments, ensuring UKEF’s offer is well understood and effectively positioned.This is a high-profile leadership opportunity that blends commercial strategy with diplomacy. You’ll be expected to influence procurement decisions in favour of UK suppliers through strategic use of UKEF’s financing solutions. Lead regional origination teams and shape the direction of UKEF’s international network.Expand and diversify the business pipeline by building high-value relationships with exporters, project developers, financial institutions, and foreign governments.Ensure UKEF’s financing solutions are well understood and effectively positioned to UK exporters and partners.Influence procurement decisions in favour of UK suppliers through strategic use of UKEF’s products and risk framework.Develop a strong technical understanding of UKEF’s products, risk appetite, and underwriting processes; operate across commercial and government environments.Qualifications

Experience in senior leadership roles with responsibility for international origination or related business development.Proven ability to build and maintain high-value relationships with exporters, financial institutions, and government partners.Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and diplomatic skills; ability to operate across commercial and government environments.Solid understanding of financial products, risk concepts, and underwriting processes relevant to UKEF.
