This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the Group s Acquisition and Divestment strategy, supporting transformational projects and unlocking value across a diverse portfolio. You ll be at the heart of our investment lifecycle, originating, underwriting, and executing deals that drive growth and maximise returns. From identifying new development opportunities to managing joint venture reporting and asset performance, your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and outcomes. What you ll be doing? You ll support the full investment lifecycle from appraising acquisitions and identifying market opportunities to underwriting divestments and support in managing transactions. Your role will include compiling investment appraisals, coordinate key financial inputs, and supporting legal negotiations and marketing efforts. You ll also contribute to asset management and joint venture reporting, ensuring performance is tracked and optimised.
