Interim Senior Project Manager - Capital Delivery London Borough of Waltham Forest Initial 3-month contract (with a view to extend) £400.15 per day Umbrella Working Pattern: Ideally on-site Mondays and Wednesdays We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Capital Delivery team at Waltham Forest Council, leading the delivery of complex capital, regeneration and development projects across the borough. This is a client-side role with a strong focus on housing delivery, regeneration and capital projects, taking schemes from initial concept and business case through design, procurement and construction to completion and handover. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of high-profile capital projects, working across housing, residential, mixed-use, commercial and community developments. You will act as the Council''s client representative, coordinating multidisciplinary professional teams, consultants, contractors and development partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities Lead complex capital projects from RIBA Stage 0 through to completion and handover.
