Chef De Partie

Chef De PartiePertemps are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join a leading Catering business based in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position.Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:- Producing high quality food for customers, working to food specifications- Handling and storing food items in a safe manner to prevent the spread of germs- Have an understanding of HACCP and SALSA standards- Occasionally shopping for products as and when required- Reporting and assisting the Head chefRequirements:- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie- Excellent level of English- Minimum of Level 2 Food and Hygiene- Allergen certification- First Aider at work certificationThis Chef De Partie position is paying from 29,000 depending on experience. You will be required to work 40 hours per week but the hours do vary.
