Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources. Monitor and track students'' progress, providing feedback to the teacher and adapting support as needed. Encourage and motivate students to participate actively in their learning and achieve their academic goals.Requirements: Teaching Assistant qualification Level 2 or higher Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting in UK Experience working with SEN children Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
