This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with experience in property inspections, facilities management, housing, caretaking, or building maintenance.As a Facilities Caretaker, you will be responsible for visiting and inspecting a portfolio of large Multiple Occupancy Housing (HMO) properties, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
