This role focuses on supporting children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse, with the majority of work delivered within school settings following referrals to the service.The Role:Provide brief, trauma-informed interventions to children and young peopleDeliver support primarily on a 1:1 basis, with occasional group work for older childrenWork closely with schools and other professionals to ensure effective, child-centred supportMaintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding processes where requiredRequirements:Has experience working with children and young people Can build positive, trusting relationships with young peopleHas a good understanding of, or willingness to learn about, domestic abuse and its impact on children Supporting Futures acts as both an agency and employer.
