Our client is experiencing continued growth, and as a result, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join their team and be based in Northern Ireland covering all of Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their new and existing customers by building and maintaining strong relationships. You will work at various customer sites, both within the UK and internationally, and be involved in the installation, maintenance, repairs, and training related to their IRMS and EA product lines. Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer job based in Northern Ireland: Conduct installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, upgrades, compliance testing, and training for customers across the UK and overseas. Ensure all service contract work is performed efficiently and in line with the scope of the agreement, focusing on resolving critical issues promptly. Manage your schedule effectively to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, enhancing customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of onsite activities through detailed reports and expense claims. Provide onsite support for IRMS and EA products globally.
