The Role

• Deliver pre set lessons and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

• Support students with their learning and help maintain classroom discipline.

• Adapt to different schools and classroom environments with professionalism and confidence.

We Are Looking For

• Experience working with young people (in education, youth work, coaching, or similar)

• A strong academic background and a passion for education

• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
