An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager / Block Manager to join a well-established property investment and development firm specialising in residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. As a Property Manager / Block Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial property portfolios while supporting operational growth and client relationships. This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 and benefits. You will be responsible for: Managing a varied portfolio of residential blocks and commercial unitsActing as the primary contact for landlords, leaseholders, tenants, brokers, and contractorsOverseeing long-term rental agreements with councils and housing providersOrganising maintenance, refurbishments, compliance checks, and major worksPreparing and monitoring service charge budgetsConducting site inspections to maintain property standardsHandling leasehold matters and legal noticesIdentifying and securing new block management opportunitiesSupporting onboarding of new clients and instructionsManaging insurance, budgets, and operational cost efficiency What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Property Manager, Block Manager, Portfolio Manager, Estate Manager or in a similar role.Ideally have 3 years of experience in block managementMust have worked in residential settingStrong understanding of leasehold law, service charges, and complianceProven experience liaising with councils and housing ..... full job details .....
