In this role, you will keep production lines running at peak performance through proactive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and rapid breakdown response. While the position is mechanically focused, we welcome applications from electrically biased candidates who possess strong mechanical skills. Shift Structure This position operates on a Panama shift pattern working 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM): 2 Weeks Days / 2 Weeks Nights Enjoy predictable working hours with built-in time off every other weekend. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on heavy/automated production machinery and plant equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime. Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and drive systems. Support minor electrical repairs and isolation where competent to do so. Assist with equipment installations, continuous improvement projects, and site modifications.
