Portfolio Payroll are currently recruiting for a Payroll Coordinator for a business based in Lancaster City Centre on a permanent basis. The role is a great role for someone looking to build and develop their career in Payroll.

As a Payroll Coordinator, your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Processing end to end payroll for 50 monthly and 150 weekly staff.
• Manual calculations (important to understand this as they are quite a manual business)
• Dealing with contractors and different staff salaries / rates
• Processing starters and leavers
• SSP, SMP, SPP
• Dealing with general payroll queries
• Reconciling the payroll
• General reporting
• Adhoc finance responsibilities
