This role centres around helping to deliver hollistic commercial solutions to a wide range of high profile clients across the UK. More about the Role: This is a full time, permanent position based out of our clients Nottingham office on a hybrid basis, with some visits to site required. Prepare detailed reports and claims within agreed deadlines Support commercial systems and foster strong internal relationships Monitor project risks while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation Manage subcontractor procurement, assessments, and final account settlements Identify and manage contract variations, delays, and claims Drive improvements in commercial processes to boost efficiency Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager and QS team Assist with financial reporting and cost recovery efforts What we are looking for? Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills Excellent analytical skills with solid financial awareness Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint In-depth knowledge of NEC 3 and 4 contracts, including Options A, C, and E Experience in subcontract management, valuations, and cost/value reconciliation ..... full job details .....
