Associate Head of Data Engineering

as a key member of the leadership team.In this role, you will:Lead data engineering and architecture developments, including two large technology change projects.Grow and develop the data engineering team.Work with technical colleagues to ensure solutions meet business needs and adhere to cyber security best practices.You will have:Experience in building and leading data engineering teams.Strong coaching and support skills for junior engineers.Experience with cloud-native data products, platforms, DevOps, IaC tools, Azure, and Databricks is an advantage.Experience with data automation and integration tools.Proven data architecture experience, including designing data models and platforms.Join us and be part of a team that cares about its work and its people.
