Responsibilities
Supporting residents with personal care and emotional reassuranceSupervising and mentoring care staff to maintain best practiceLiaising with families, GPs, nurses, and palliative care professionalsMonitoring residents'' wellbeing and promptly responding to changesUpholding dignity, respect, and sensitivity at all timesAre you an experienced and compassionate carer looking to make a real difference during the most important stage of someone''s life?, NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)Prior experience in a senior carerCompassionate, calm, and emotionally resilient natureExcellent communication and leadership skillsA genuine commitment to person-centred care, End-of-life care training (e.g., Gold Standards Framework, Six Steps)Experience supporting families through bereavementKnowledge of Advance Care Planning and DNACPR processesWe’re looking for people who are caring, compassionate, and ready to support older and vulnerable people with dignity and respect.
