Quality Inspector Contract Dependent on Experience Monday to Thursday - 39 hours per week or Late Monday to Thursday - 39 Hours per week (PAYE, Umbrella/LTD - InsideIR35) , with overtime available Derby - On-site Quality Inspector Role responsibilities Work with the team to create and maintain a quality-focused culture throughout the business.Dimensionally and visually inspect products to detailed technical drawings and specificationsCarry out first offs, last offs, incoming material and final inspection checks.Investigate and analyse non-conforming product or any deviation from specification and raise Concession requests and, when required, Non-conformance reports.Accurately complete manufacturing records, ensuring accuracy and full product and process traceability.Ensure all documentation and calibration of equipment is current and correctEnsure that all inspection standards, as agreed with customers'' specifications, are carried out effectively before processing and at the inspection/despatch stageEnsure full compliance of the Company quality system with the requirements of our international standards ISO 9001: 2008 and AS9100 and in line with customer approvals.
