This is a great opportunity for someone with proven credit control experience who is confident managing their own ledger, chasing outstanding debt and working towards collection targets.Your new roleAs a Credit Controller, you will take responsibility for your own portfolio of customers, proactively managing outstanding balances and ensuring payments are received within agreed timescales.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a busy portfolio of customer accountsProactively chasing outstanding debt by telephone and emailWorking towards cash collection and debt reduction targetsIdentifying problematic or high-risk accounts and escalating where appropriateAllocating cash accurately against customer accountsInvestigating and resolving account queries and payment discrepanciesWorking closely with internal teams to resolve aged debtMaintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account informationBuilding professional relationships with customers whilst maintaining a firm approach to collectionsWhat you''ll need to succeedWe are particularly interested in speaking with experienced Credit Controllers who are comfortable working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.You will ideally have:Previous experience within a dedicated ..... full job details .....
