As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will join a dynamic RandD and system integration team with an excellent reputation for delivering complex control and automation systems. The successful Electrical Design Engineer will work on a range of standard and bespoke automated systems, gaining exposure to electrical design, control systems and project delivery.Electrical Design Engineer Role and Responsibilities Automation / Electrical / Controls Design electrical control systems for automated machineryProduce electrical schematics and system drawings using CAD softwareCreate BOMs and supporting technical documentationAssist with testing and commissioning of the bespoke systemsAssist with technical queries and problem-solving within the engineering teamInvestigate and evaluate new automation technologies Electrical Design Engineer Skills and Experience Automation / Electrical / Controls Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic EngineeringExperience or exposure to mainstream PLC s and control systemsProficient with Eplan or similar electrical CAD softwarePrevious experience in an Electrical Design Engineer or automation-related roleExperience in on-site installation and commissioningExperience withing ATEX certification would be a major bonusA clean UK Driving Licence If this role appeals, please apply ..... full job details .....
